Come join me for an 8 week journey into the potential of your body, the aliveness of your body, the abundance of sensation and pleasure in your body and your capacity to feel physical and emotional sensations. In this course we’ll explore things like…
- what masturbation means to you, what your current patterns and beliefs actually are and why
- how the way you breathe affects your enjoyment and mastery of your arousal
- ways you can gently move and activate your body for more pleasure and to regulate arousal
- using simple meditation practices to help you be more aware of your body and arousal levels
- techniques for incorporating full body touch into your masturbation
- techniques to add variety to the way you touch your genitals and breasts
- how to mindfully incorporate toys into your masturbation practice
- practical tools to make self-pleasuring a regular and integrated part of your daily/weekly routine
The course will also involve:
- Exercises and practices that gradually build in intensity and eroticism
- Demonstrations of intimate touch techniques from real people: no dildo’s or vulva cushions!
- Additional reading (max 1 hour per week) and journalling in support of your physical explorations.
All course content is accessed via the website, and delivered in easy to follow videos, audios and written exercises.
