Learning self-massage techniques: your masturbation coach
The self massage course is for you if...
You feel shame, guilt, or embarrassment:
You’re ready to let go of these limiting beliefs and conditionings around masturbation/sex/your body, that most of us inherited in childhood and adolescence.
Self-pleasure is a bit boring and disappointing:
You’re not sure what you’re doing wrong but masturbation just leaves you feeling unsatisfied.
You feel a bit lost when it comes to touching yourself:
You’re overly reliant on your vibrator, porn or fantasy but you don’t know what else to do.
You don’t know what you want or how to turn yourself on:
This affects your intimate relationships and experiences with others.
Your orgasms feel a bit lacklustre, or are non-existent:
Masturbation only lasts about 10 minutes or you feel you can’t relax enough, let go and get out of your head.
You just really enjoy masturbation:
Maybe even more than partnered sex, and you want to keep learning and trying new things!

Is this course for women only?
This course is for everyone: whatever gender you identify with and whatever genitals you have. If you have a body and you want to learn more about it’s potential for pleasure then this course is for you. Within the course I use the terms ‘male genitals’ and ‘female genitals’ and there are demonstrations of self-touch on both.
I’m a complete beginner, is this course right for me?
Yes! No prior masturbation, meditation, mindfulness or other ‘m’ words experience is required! In fact, this is a wonderful way to begin your journey of exploring your body – with guidance and a solid foundation in body awareness, full body touch, and a loving approach.
Will I get immediate access to the course?
Yes, you’ll get immediate access to the pre-course content and the Week 1 content. After that, the content is released week to week. You’ll get an email notification every week once the new content is available for you to dive in.
Do I need a partner to do this course?
No, this course is designed for individual exploration – just you and your body. I might ask you to use different props and accessories for some of the practices, but you don’t need a partner to complete any part of the program. However, this is an incredible thing to do together as a couple, to learn more about yourselves and each other. If you and your partner want to go on this journey together you only need to sign up once, so it works out as half price!
Will I learn to last longer and/or fix erectile difficulties?
In my experience, these are two of the most common motivations for men to seek out masturbation or intimacy coaching sessions: the desire to have more choice around ejaculation and the ability to relax and have sustained erections. This course will absolutely help you to address these issues. Your masturbation habits form the foundation of how you show up during sex with a partner, and how your body understands how to respond to arousal. If you masturbate in a disconnected, hurried and tense way it’s not surprising that you feel disconnected, hurried and tense during sex. By learning to touch your body in a way that encourages relaxation, long-lasting and goal-free states of arousal, you’ll train your body to last much longer in the bedroom – both all by yourself and with a partner.
Will I learn how to let go and enjoy orgasms on my clitoris and/or from penetration?
In my experience, this is one of the most common motivations for my female clients to seek out masturbation or intimacy coaching sessions: wanting to be able to experience a deeper sense of release, surrender and orgasmicness through touch and penetration, instead of being overly dependent on their vibrator or struggling to get out of their heads and relax. This course will absolutely help you to feel more connected to your relaxed, aroused body. Learning to explore your body through touch, slowing down and re-sensitising your skin, breasts and genitals (both external and internal) will allow you to access more full-body orgasmic states that are not dependent on tension or the high frequency buzz of a vibrator. As one woman to another, the practices and content of this course has helped me to overcome these exact issues and move from a state of anorgasmia to full body bliss.
Will I learn how to be multiorgasmic?
The journey of this course will open your eyes to the potential for pleasure in your body. It will invite you to reconsider what orgasm is, and how it can be felt in so many different ways. Becoming ‘multiorgasmic’ is not something that happens with the flick of a switch, it’s a process of undoing old patterns in your body and allowing new neural pathways to fire up so that you have access to varied routes to orgasm. This takes time and regular, mindful practice. The content of this course, if integrated into your life and practiced regularly, will open your body up to a vast realm of possibilities.
Will I have to masturbate on camera?
Nope, not at all. There will be an invitation to share your masturbation experience through one or two of the exercises, but everything is optional and nothing is required.
Will I get to watch other people masturbating?
Whilst voyeurism and exhibitionism can be healthy parts of our sexuality, this course does not facilitate a space to see others masturbating.
