Hey everyone, Libby here! Just a little sharing from me: yesterday evening I blended this practice with the breath meditation practice. Using the ‘masturbation checklist’ I made an intention before I began (‘Today my intention is to spend 15 minutes focussing on my breath and gently moving my body, with some curiosity around what sensations that might elicit in my pelvis’) then I laid down and followed the guided breath audio – I got a bit distracted at times with some thoughts but could really connect with this relaxed buzz in my genitals and belly. When the breath meditation finished I let my body move gently for 3 minutes as per this practice. I feel most ‘horny’ energy when I let my hips move but it was also really nice to feel the touch of the fabric underneath me as I moved my hands and feet. I lay still for a minute or so at the end and noticed that I could have easily gone into more of a ‘typical’ masturbation experience of touching my genitals with the relaxation and energy that had built up! Afterwards I felt kind of like my centre of gravity was a bit lower, my belly felt more relaxed and my arms and hands felt nice and tingly for a while.
